Dr. P Learning Solutions was founded by Dr. Martha Presinal, an educator, behavior specialist, and advocate for neurodivergent children and their families. With over a decade of experience in bilingual special education, school leadership, and family coaching, Dr. Presinal brings a deep understanding of how learning, behavior, and environment work together.

She started Dr. P Learning Solutions to fill a critical gap: families and educators often need practical, real-life strategies that respect each child’s unique needs while creating supportive, structured spaces for growth.

Founder & Executive Director- Dr. Martha Presinal

Dr. Martha Presinal is an educator, consultant, and advocate with over a decade of experience supporting neurodivergent children and their families. With a doctorate in Instructional Leadership and a background in bilingual special education, she founded Dr. P Learning Solutions to provide practical, personalized coaching that bridges the gap between families and educational systems. Martha is passionate about equity, empowerment, and helping every child thrive through evidence-based strategies and community collaboration.

Secretary- Ginette Ventura

Ginette Ventura is a former AVP Financial Center Manager at Bank of America turned entrepreneur and beauty professional. As a neurodivergent advocate, she believes in turning differences into strengths with the right support. In her role as Vice President, she helps lead strategy, board engagement, and special initiatives to support inclusive learning for all.

Treasurer- John Torres

We offer a variety of services such as academic counseling, test preparation, college admissions consulting, and career guidance. Our services are designed to meet the unique needs of each student.
